FOUNDED

Erkelenzer Maschinenfabrik GmbH (EME), a company specialising in material handling systems and equipment for the mining and bulk material industry, is founded.

1950

THE GLASS INDUSTRY EXPANSION

The glass industry is expanding, increasing the demand for professional and automatic material handling systems. EME starts providing solutions for this sector.

GAMECHANGER

The first pusher batch chargers are produced and start operating.
