Depending on the service level (Comfort or Premium) different reaction times are available. Within the agreed response time, our qualified service engineers will call back and login to analyze and resolve the issue together with the operators.

In addition to a Comfort or Premium Service, EME also offers special terms and conditions for spare parts.
